For most digital products such as branding templates, digital invitations, and marketing kits, the delivery will be made almost immediately after purchase. However, depending on the complexity of the order (e.g., custom designs or personalized projects), the delivery time may vary.

2. Instant Downloads:
Digital products like semi-custom and premade templates are usually available for instant download upon completion of payment.

3. Custom Orders:
If you’ve purchased a custom design (for example, a custom logo or website), we will send you a first draft within 3-5 business days. Revisions and final approvals may extend this time by 1-2 additional business days.

4. Online RSVP Services:
Custom RSVP services or any digital service requiring setup on our platform will take 3-5 business days to complete before being sent to you for review.

5. Delivery Method

All products will be delivered to the email address associated with your order. For downloadable products, we will send a secure link to access your files.
