By using the services or products on our website, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions outlined here. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services provided.

3. Products and Services
Romantik Type offers a range of digital products and services, including:

• Custom and semi-custom branding solutions
• Website design and development
• Digital invitations and RSVPs
• Marketing templates for social media and email
• Curated gift boxes for various occasions (launching in April 2025)

All of our products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Purchase and Payment
By purchasing any product or service on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into contracts. We accept payment through various methods as specified during the checkout process. Payments are due at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including designs, graphics, logos, images, and digital products, are the intellectual property of Romantik Type Design Studio and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

6. License to Use Products
Upon purchase, Romantik Type grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products you have purchased in accordance with the terms provided. The use of our products is for personal or commercial purposes related to your business or event, but you may not resell or redistribute our designs without prior written consent.

7. Digital Product Delivery
All digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the proper software and hardware needed to view and use the products.

8. Proofing
Your first two (2) proofs are free of charge. Each proof thereafter is an additional $35.00 per revision. Proofs will be will be emailed to you in the email addresses provided in jpg form within 2-3 business days of ordering. Please carefully review your proofs for any errors, such as correct spelling of names, accuracy of dates and addresses, and any other error. When you are happy with your proof and ready for your designs to be moved into development, we ask that you reply to the final proof email “approved design”. We will not start the development until we get an approval from you with that exact text. Once the proof is approved, the development stage starts shortly thereafter. Any errors noticed after the approval shall be communicated not later than 48 hours. Additional changes may be subject to a fee. If you notice any alternations needed, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for errors to the design related to hosting or internet problems.

9. Refunds and Returns
As stated in our Refund and Returns Policy, we do not offer refunds for digital products. If there are any issues with your order or you experience problems with product delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. For full details, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the website, services, or servers that provide the website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or related systems.
